MessageBench
Many businesses here run entirely on WhatsApp. Orders, payments, and delivery updates all live in the same chat, and it works until a message is missed, an order is lost between conversations, and no one is sure what a customer was promised.
MessageBench sits on top of the WhatsApp a business already uses. It sorts incoming enquiries, turns chats into proper orders, tracks deliveries, and follows up afterwards.
Where it is
Built in house, not yet live. We started building it because we kept building the same thing for other people.
